Artist's Comments
This is a cameo necklace I made for my friend's birthday. She loves vintage things, especially cameos. This was designed by me and I fell in love with it when I made it. The sketch design I did does not do it justice. I was tempted to keep it for myself and make her a new one. It measures betwen 19 to 20 inches long which makes it princess length, it is made of antique silver-plated brass chain, eyepins, and cabochon setting. The cameo is acrylic black and ivory and the beads are 6mm swarovoski white pearls and 4mm swarovski jet bicones. I had fun with this. I have enough findings to make 9 more cameo necklaces and am looking to sell more of these, they were super fun to make. If interested please note me and I don't want all the necklaces to look the same, so they will be one of a kind per customer.
